Supplier documentation

Product documentation originates from the manufacturer of the confirmed configuration. We request the technical data sheet, packing specification and any compliance documentation applicable to the configuration before an offer is finalised, and we record which documents have actually been received.

Product specification management

Every technical field on a product page is stored as a separate managed value with its own verification state. Fields that require manufacturer evidence — shelf life, country of manufacture, medical device status, food contact suitability, chemical resistance, cut level and mechanical performance — are not published as definitive statements until that evidence exists.

Packing verification

Packing configuration is confirmed per order: units per dispenser, dispensers per carton, carton dimensions and labelling. Where a buyer replaces an existing supplier, we confirm whether the current carton specification can be matched before the offer is issued.

Batch and production information

Batch and production data is requested for confirmed orders and shared with the shipping documentation set agreed for the destination market.

Test report management

Test reports are treated as documents with an issue date and a validity period. A performance classification is published only while a valid report supports it.

Certificate management

Certificates are registered with their number, issuing body, issue date and expiry date. Expired certificates trigger an internal warning and are withdrawn from public display until renewed.

Traceability support

For confirmed orders we maintain the link between the offered configuration, the manufacturer documentation set and the shipment, so that a later query can be answered against the actual supplied goods.

Storage requirements

Disposable gloves should be stored in dry conditions and protected from direct sunlight. Storage guidance for a specific configuration is included in the technical data sheet supplied with the order.

Shelf-life documentation

Shelf life is a manufacturer-declared value tied to the production date of a specific batch. It is published on a product page only when the manufacturer documentation confirming it has been received.

Country-specific document requirements

Import documentation expectations differ by destination market. State the documentation set required by your compliance process with your inquiry so that availability can be confirmed before the commercial offer.

How document status is shown

Documents are published with one of four states: Available, Available on request, Under verification or Not published. No certificate logo, test result or standard reference is displayed without the underlying document.
