Germany is one of the most documentation-driven markets in the European glove trade. Buyers typically evaluate a supplier on three points before discussing price: whether the technical data for the offered configuration is complete, whether the packing specification matches their internal distribution system, and whether delivery scheduling can be held over a longer supply period.

All commercial coordination is carried out from our office in Kayseri, Türkiye. We do not operate a branch or warehouse in Germany, and every shipment is planned as an export movement from Türkiye or directly from the confirmed manufacturing origin.

Purchasing decisions are usually made by a procurement team rather than an individual, which means offers need to be complete on first submission.

For the German market we ask for the intended glove configuration, annual or monthly volume estimate, required packing format and the documentation set expected by your compliance process. Where the requested documentation is not yet available for a configuration, we state this before the offer rather than after it.

Standard packing is 100 gloves per dispenser and 10 dispensers per carton. Neutral cartons without brand marking and private label packing with buyer artwork are both available. German distributors frequently request carton marking that matches their internal warehouse coding.

Sea freight to Hamburg, Bremerhaven or Rotterdam is the usual route for full container quantities. Road transport is used for smaller consignments and for delivery schedules that require shorter transit times. Incoterms are agreed per order, most commonly FOB, CFR, CIF or DAP.
